Well, not anymore! Aaron went to the doctor for a little check up and found out that sodium is now a bigggg no-no! So, we have purged our pantry and fridge of any processed foods, and we are headed to the store for some healthier choices. Don't get me wrong, we try to eat fairly healthy at home, but unfortunately we eat out quite a bit so this is going to be a big adjustment! I'm excited to get healthy though. It's going to happen... this time around. lol
Since it's Wednesday and time for something Pinteresting, I decided to look for something low-sodium!
